Windows Installation

1. Download the Windows installer (.zip)

2. Extract the zip file to your desired location

3. Run retrosave.exe

4. RetroSave will appear in your system tray

macOS Installation

1. Download the appropriate version (Intel or Apple Silicon)

2. Extract the tar.gz file

3. Move RetroSave to your Applications folder

4. Open RetroSave from Applications or Launchpad

Linux Installation

1. Download the Linux binary (.tar.gz)

2. Extract: tar -xzf retrosave-linux-x64.tar.gz

3. Make executable: chmod +x retrosave

4. Run: ./retrosave

Steam Deck Installation

1. Download the Flatpak version

2. Switch to Desktop Mode

3. Open Discover and install from file

4. Or use: flatpak install retrosave-linux.flatpak
